How do they know about NextGen ?

Just received the Newsletter from Magix, the company their product I am using for cutting my videos and within that email they announce a new or updated product.

Part of the Newsletter is highlighting the new features, and within there they explain that they are able to support NextGen consoles. They are ahead of time and may be the company i used to work for that called a project NextGen should buy into it.
