As I have just recently announced the Job with Barrie Todhunter at USG, I have received another mail from Kathy Kuryl. Kathy is managing the ‚PMO‘ at the Tasmanian Government and is looking for a Project Officer in her area. I got introduced to Kathy during the Masterclass at the IQPC Project Risk Management conference which she was facilitating a couple of weeks ago.

So how are the major duties described by her for the role that she is recruiting for:

Assist with co-ordinating the development and implementation of whole-of-government strategies, frameworks and policies in the areas of information systems, telecommunications, information management and project management, aimed at improving and modernising the operations of Government in Tasmania. Contribute to the planning and implementation of projects, and development and management of programs.
