As Project Managers you need to spend some days / evenings away from home, going out with clients, with the team, with some stakeholders, sometimes with the sponsor etc. These appointment might accumulate based on the project stage. How ever had a situation where she or he had to justify these evenings more and more as you have had quite a perception at home.
