Just received the Newsletter from Magix, the company their product I am using for cutting my videos and within that email they announce a new or updated product.

Part of the Newsletter is highlighting the new features, and within there they explain that they are able to support NextGen consoles. They are ahead of time and may be the company i used to work for that called a project NextGen should buy into it.

Might become a serious question if some stakeholders are after you. Here is some advice how to play dead if worse comes to worst.

As Project Managers you need to spend some days / evenings away from home, going out with clients, with the team, with some stakeholders, sometimes with the sponsor etc. These appointment might accumulate based on the project stage. How ever had a situation where she or he had to justify these evenings more and more as you have had quite a perception at home.

These two forms might help you to make sure you get that permission sooner or later.
