Dear Sir,
It was a pleasure attending your informative and interactive workshop, being a workshop rather than a lecture made the learning process more enjoyable and easier, especially with the practical scenarios and variety of options used in different industries.I also acknowledge your follow up and offering the templates which would be helpful for us in future risk management. One thing that I'd like to see in such workshops is a simple group exercise of which the members use one of the templates and do their own assessment, just to involve them more.
As for the congress, I agree that the organizing committee did a great job, and you can tell that this was a well prepared and run event.
Thank you for all the knowledge and efforts, and hope to see you again.
