Neues E-Book: Project Leadership

40 Projektmanagement-Eperten weltweit erzählen, wie sie es schaffen, ihre Projekte nicht mehr zu managen, sondern tatsächlich zu führen: “Project Leadership – Lessons from 40 PPM Experts on Making the Transition from Project Management to Project Leadership” heißt der Titel des E-Books, das Sie hier anschauen und gratis herunterladen können.

Co-Autoren des E-Books sind unter anderen Peter Taylor, Todd C. Williams, Glen B. Alleman und Geoff Crane, allesamt ausgewiesene Meister ihres Fachs, Bestseller-Autoren und Key Note Speaker. Dass ich in die Reihe der Co-Autoren eingeladen wurde und ebenfalls meine Gedanken zum Thema beisteuern durfte, hat mich sehr gefreut und geehrt! In meinem Beitrag geht es um das Thema “Consistent Project Management without Excuses” – kürzlich habe ich dazu auch gebloggt.

Torsten J. Koerting is a project management-, paragliding- and Outdoor Enthusiast, Consultant, Author of several books and engaged as a speaker at many conferences. As Managing Partner at projectyzer he is specialised in supporting companies and organisations in reinventing their strategy as well as turning projects around that are in trouble. He worked in Europe, US and Australia for more than 20 years for global Blue Chips. He does hold the German and Australian Citizenship and lives with his wife and two kids between Europe and Australia. He is also a certified Bank Clerk, Executive Bachelor and Project Management Professional (PMI) and used to be Board Member of the PMI Queensland Chapter (Australia).
