New PM lecturer position at USQ for 2009

As I got informed yesterday by Barrie Todhunter, Senior Lecturer of the Project Management Group in the Faculty of Business at University of Southern Queensland, they have a vacant position to fill for 2009. As of his email the position Barrie describes the requirement as follows

Due to the continued growth of the program and the addition of specialisations in Complex Project Management and Property studies, we will be advertising for an additional academic staff member this weekend. The appointment will be at a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer level.

Due to the senior level of the position, we would be looking for someone with a PhD or enrolled in a PhD program to add to our research capabilities which have been limited over the years. It will be important for the person to have good industry experience and to preferably have teaching experience especially in distance education mode.

So if you are interested, make sure to check the Courier Mail where the role will be advertised or the USQ website.
